  • Homeroom Parents –
These volunteers help their children’s teachers with planning and assisting activities such as parties, field trips and the teacher’s requests. Other activities may come up throughout the year at the discretion of the teacher.  The time commitment ranges from 2-3 hours per month on average; exact times may vary.

The Marketing Committee is a group of parents and teachers who work to promote Saint Boniface Catholic School in the Community.
  • Movie Nights –
Occasionally during the year, movie nights are held for groups of students (K-2, 3-4, 5-6). Volunteers are needed to send out flyers to the parents, choose the movie with the approval of the principal, help with snacks, and provide supervision the evening of the movie.
  • Playground Supervision & Cafeteria Coverage –
These volunteers are needed each day that lunch is served.  The volunteers will assist the cafeteria staff by preparing lunch trays as needed, distributing milk, and selling drinks, ice cream and snacks.  The volunteer will then accompany the children outside for recess.  Parent volunteers wear a bright orange vest for ease in identifying them on the playground.  The teacher and volunteer have Two-Way radios for immediate communication with the office should an emergency arise. Volunteers may choose to work once a month, twice a month, weekly, or any schedule that suits.  The first lunch shift volunteers will be needed from 11:00 until 12:00. The second lunch shift will run from 11:30 until 12:30.
  • Scrip
 – This committee handles the purchase of Scrip cards.  Volunteers are needed to tally forms, compute profits, and fill orders.  The committee meets twice a week when Scrip orders are due (see school calendar).  The time commitment is four hours on processing days and two hours when the orders are filled. We have not begun this project yet, so there is also time involved in getting it set up.
  • Box Tops/Campbells Soup Labels/Coke Bottle Tops – We collect these items and they must be organized and sent in to the appropriate organizations for reimbursement/rewards.
  • Lawn Social –
Saint Boniface Catholic School hosts a Carnival-style Lawn Social each Fall.  Volunteers are needed to organize and work the event.
  • Golf Tournament –
This committee organizes a Golf Tournament fundraising event in early Spring.  Volunteers are needed to raise funds by getting sponsorships from businesses, getting ads for the program, getting prizes donated from local businesses, and working the day of the Tournament.
  • Pancake Breakfast –
Saint Boniface Catholic School kicks off Holy Week with the annual Pancake Breakfast, held on Palm Sunday. Volunteers are needed to set-up the Parish Hall, prepare and serve the breakfast on Sunday, and clean-up afterwards.  Parent and teenage volunteers are welcome. We also host an Open House in the school during this same time, and volunteers are needed to give tours.
  • Scholastic Book Fair –
This committee coordinates the Book Fair with the help of our Media Specialist. Volunteers are needed to check in the order upon its arrival, open and set up the book cases, display items on tables, assist the children with their shopping, help with totaling and payment of purchases, take inventory after the sale, and box up items for return shipping.
  • German Dinner –
